Proportional solenoid valves with low hysteresis

PreciFlow = Precise Flow regulation

These miniature proportional solenoid valves are particularly adapted to the very precise air and neutral gases control for medical or industrial applications.

Technology dedicated to precision

Better precision control is achieved by a special flat spring kit: 2 flat springs (blue parts on image below) keep the core (grey part) in suspension and give a perfect axial guidance without friction.

  • Excellent repeatability and sensitivity: <1%
  • Does not require a minimum operating pressure
  • Differential pressure: -0.9 to 10 bar
  • Variable flow, proportional to the control signal
  • No steps in flow curve
  • PWM control signal (Pulse Width Modulation)
  • Digital regulator or proportional control electronics available.
