Proportional solenoid valves

PreciFlow = Precise Flow regulation

These miniature proportional solenoid valves are ideally suited to the precise control of air and neutral gases for medical or industrial applications.

The technology dedicated to precision

A special flat spring design enables precise control: Two flat springs (shown in blue on image) keep the core (shown in grey) in suspension providing perfect axial guidance without friction.

  • Low hysteresis : <3%
  • Excellent repeatability and sensitivity: <1%
  • Does not require a minimum operating pressure
  • Differential pressure: -0.9 à 10 bar
  • Variable flow, proportional to the control signal
  • No steps in flow curve
  • PWM control signal (Pulse Width Modulation)
  • Possibillity to use a digital regulator or proportional control electronics.
