ASCO Numatics is the leader in fluid automation, with over 100 years of experience. We offer 2,000 standard valves and more than 40,000 variations tailored to our customer’s specific needs.

Solenoid valves for fluid power applications are available in the world’s largest selection of 3, 4 and 5-way valves in brass, stainless steel, plastic and aluminium. Seal materials come in a wide range of resilient materials. Certified ATEX and other solenoid operator enclosures are available to operate from -50°C to 100°C in normal or explosive environments.

ASCO Numatics provides unique valve solutions for the process industry including intrinsic safety, low power, direct mount Namur and safety shutdown systems. The valves will operate at extremely low power levels and interface with all major protocols including AS-i, DeviceNet, Profibus PA and foundation fieldbus. This ability to serve various markets is further reflected in the whole gamut of agency approvals that ASCO Numatics has gained.

 Quality and reliability are the critical factors in the type of control products ASCO Numatics produces and are highly rated by their customers. Essential is our compliance with functional safety IEC 61508 and 61511 standards. ASCO Numatics valves can easily perform millions of cycles, meaning in most cases they can outlive the rest of the customer’s process with zero maintenance. At the other end of the spectrum, pilot valves fitted to safety shut-off valves may operate only a handful of times during a time span of many years. However, they too, must operate perfectly when required.
