ATEX Valve islands for zone 2-22 applications

The ATEX certification for valve islands Series 2005 was obtained for the following functions:

Certification ATEX category 3 zone 2-22: protection method Ex nA

• Cabinet mounting: IP6x minimum
• Temperature range: -20°C < Ta < +46°C
• Flow rate: 500 l/min (2005 series)
• Valve function: 3/2-5/2-double 3/2 NC-NC - 5/3
• Manifolds: up to 32 coils max / max 16 coils energized simultaneously
• Pneumatic connection: only tapped version for valve subbase & end plates
• Sandwich accessories : pressure isolator, flow reducer...
• Electronic platform = G3
• Protocols: Ethernet/IP, Modbus/TCP, Devicenet, Profibus
• Multipin connector: round M23
• Inputs / Outputs : module 16 I/O & 8 I/O digital and analog

• Gas: II 3G Ex nA IIC T4 Gc X
  Dust: II 3D Ex t IIIC T85°C Dc IP65 X

Valve Islands are installed in cabinets to meet the ATEX requirements.
