Find the serial number of your product(s)

• On the label
  It indicates a complete code number with or without letters :
  • With letters, take the first three numerals after the letters

  • Without letter, take the first three numerals

• On the body
  Find the serial number engraved/punched on the body.
  • Take the first three numerals

• On the core tube
  When the code is not on the body or the coil, find an 8 digits code along the core tube when you dismount the coil from the product.
  • Take the first three numerals

• For Ex (ATEX) product
  with a code number starting with letters, take the prefix letters (2 or 4 digits) before the valve code.
